Electrical Project Engineer Contract Duration : 12 months Rate : Competitive About the Role We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join our client's team at the Humber Refinery. In this role, you will provide vital engineering and design services to ensure the successful delivery of projects while maintaining the highest technical standards. Offering an excellent working environment for the successful candidate, there are flexible and compressed working hours available. Key Responsibilities Implement engineering requirements and offer technical support in line with company standards. Guide designers and drafting personnel to produce error-free drawings and specifications within agreed timelines. Act as a liaison between the Project Contractor, Vendors, the Phillips 66 Project Team, and the Central Records Group. Conduct site measurements and investigations to enable safe and economical construction. Provide detailed feedback to improve standards and procedures for future projects. Develop scopes of work, specifications, and calculations as required. Support cost estimation efforts and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Essential Skills and Qualifications Degree in engineering. Proven experience in design and construction within the petrochemical sector. Knowledge of hazardous areas, BS7671 Wiring Regulations, and 11kV / 415V distribution systems. Familiarity with discipline-specific design software and intermediate-level computer skills (Word, Excel, email, databases). Strong organisational skills, self-motivation, and a team-oriented mindset. Desirable Experience 10 years of experience in a similar role. Why Join?
