Quality ManagerScunthorpe £48,000 – £52,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance 37.5 hrs / week – Mon–Thurs 8am–4 : 30pm, Fri 8am–1 : 30pmLooking to take ownership of quality in a fast-paced, highly respected manufacturing environment? Our client is a leading global manufacturer supplying into demanding industries, and they’re now looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join their team and lead from the front.This is a key leadership role, overseeing quality activities across the full site, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, audit readiness, continuous improvement and leading a capable, multi-functional team.What You’ll Be Doing : Lead and manage a skilled team of Quality Engineers, Auditors, and Trackside Reps – both onsite and at customer locationsOversee all aspects of the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and internal standardsCoordinate and host internal and external audits (IATF, CCC, etc.)Monitor and improve site-wide quality performance using key metrics and problem-solving toolsAct as the key point of contact for customer quality concerns – driving resolution and building strong working relationshipsSupport PPAP submissions and ensure lessons learned are fed back into product and process developmentPromote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the siteWhat You’ll Need : Proven experience in a senior Quality role within a manufacturing environment (automotive or FMCG ideal)Strong understanding of IATF 16949 and QMS developmentExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsConfident in leading audits and driving continuous improvementA proactive, hands-on approach with a sharp eye for detailWhat You’ll Get : £48,000 – £52,000 salaryPerformance-related bonusCar allowanceBUPA Private HealthcareCompany pension scheme25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (rising with service)Long service awardsDesignated on-site parking spaceEarly finish every Friday!If you’re a quality-driven leader who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment – this is your chance to shape the future of quality for a leading business.Apply now to take the next step in your quality career.Aqumen Business Solutions is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
