Job description
On behalf of my client, I am looking for a HVAC Engineer to be an important member of the team on a permanent basis.Your job role will consist of, but not be limited to :
- Routine plant maintenance, overhaul, and fault finding work on a wide range of mechanical plant equipment including- Pumps, Air Compressors, Fans, Drives, Motors, Pneumatic controls, pressurisation units' systems and electrical circuits associated with equipment.
- Completing Point of work Risk Assessments
- Ensures appropriate PPE is worn / used and is in good working orderCandidate Specification :
- Holds City & Guilds Level III or NVQ (Essential)
- C&G / HNC or time served in a relevant engineering discipline, factory services or similar subject
- IOSH Managing Safely (Desirable)
- Reads and understands the relevant generic Risk AssessmentAdditional information : CTC Clearance will be undertaken for selected candidatesOnsite canteenFree onsite parkingGreat team and environment to work inOvertime potential
