Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vehicle Wrapper to join our elite motorsport team.

The position :

This role is integral to ensuring our race cars, transporters, and team assets reflect the precision, performance, and professionalism expected in Formula 1. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting world-class team that will at times require travel to global F1 circuits and work in a fast-paced, high-performance setting where excellence is the standard.

As a Vehicle Wrapper, your key responsibilities will be :

• Precision Vinyl Application : Wrap Formula 1 cars, support vehicles, and equipment with high-quality vinyl, ensuring a seamless, professional finish that meets strict team and sponsor branding standards.
• Surface Preparation : Thoroughly clean and prepare vehicle surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion and durability in high-speed, high-temperature racing conditions.
• On-Site Application & Repairs : Work in the paddock and garage areas at race events to apply, maintain, and repair wraps, often under time-sensitive conditions.
• Collaboration with Design & Engineering Teams : Work closely with designers, team sponsors, and engineers to execute precise branding and livery updates.
• Problem-Solving Under Pressure : Adapt to last-minute design modifications, unexpected challenges, and high-intensity environments without compromising quality.
• Equipment & Material Management : Maintain an organized workspace, manage tools and wrapping materials effectively, and ensure all applications meet industry and safety standards.
• Continuous Innovation : Stay up to date with the latest materials, application techniques, and industry trends to enhance the efficiency and durability of vehicle wraps.
