Job description
I am looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Progressor to join a prestigious, market-leading developer known for their innovative and high-quality new homes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly respected company in the New Homes industry.
Role Overview : As a New Homes Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for managing the progression of new home sales, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions from reservation to completion. You will handle a high volume of sales, liasing with solicitors and progressing 20-30 sales per month. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with a combination of remote and on-site work in Greenwich, London.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire sales progression process for new homes.
- Liaise with buyers, solicitors, and internal teams to ensure timely and smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases regularly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to buyers throughout the sales process.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the sales progression.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
