Senior Quantity SurveyorA small but established and highly regarded Construction Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its busy team in Cambridge.Specialising in Quantity Surveying, Employer’s Agent, Contract Administration, Project Management and CDM Advisor services, areas of expertise include education, offices, warehousing, infrastructure, residential, leisure and retail sectors.This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for career advancement – there is a clear pathway to Director and potential for equity.The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s RoleWorking alongside a Partner, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will initially focus on a large-scale refurbishment of an existing office block, as well as development of a new business park, on a listed landscape in the southeast.You will also be part a team of 6 working across three core areas : Education (School and University), Residential (from private homes to 35 flats), and a mix of different commercial schemes.Outside of project delivery and client facing roles, you will support the Partners with the day-to-day management of the team, and contribute to business development, client relations and more.
