Supporting the team with people management including; time sheets, processing wages and general admin and any other associated tasks Where applicable, provide financial reports on a monthly basis to the Operations Manager for evaluation and upwards reporting Respond to queries sent via Customer Experience Team Resolve day-to-day customer service issues in a professional and timely manner Occasional support to the Service Team for projects and initiatives.What we're looking for;Previous experience in an administrative role - ideally (but not essential) in transport and logistics Good geographical knowledge of West & North Yorkshire Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills Good level of knowledge of spreadsheets and IT systems (Workday, (url removed), Google)What's next?Apply today, so we can make a difference for generations to come.We're proud to be listed in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024, being named as a Top 10 Very Big Organisation to work for two years in a row!
