Bam Ritchies is currently recruiting a Plant Supervisor based at our depot in Godstone, Surrey. As a Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following : Carry out workplace risk assessments with teamCommunicate and lead daily briefingsTravel to and from projects as requiredReview workplace activity plans with teamSolve problems with team, record outcomes and identify best practiceCarry out and record regular plant inspections on ACCProvide clear and concise data, reports, and recordsLead the familiarisation of others in the safe operation and correct maintenance of EquipmentCarry out regular workplace health and safety inspectionsPromote the development of innovative ideas to improve safety and efficiencySupervise the modification and development of Equipment in accordance with Change Control ProceduresPlan daily / weekly work programmes with teamsPlan and organise resources to meet workload in collaboration with operational teamsProvide advice to othersSupport, mentor and develop othersMaintain personal diary / CPD record / CV to demonstrate career developmentCarry out other relevant duties as requested from time to time.Who are we looking for?
