Job description
We are looking for an experienced Social Worker to join a local authority at a Children's Social Work Team Manager.

About the team
The Children's Team Manager will be there to lead and provide day-to-day management to the team, providing support, development plans, performance management and the safety and well-being of the staff. You will lead and take accountability for processes on behalf of the Council, attending court where necessary, and chair a range of meetings as required.
About the role
You will need a degree in Social Work and to be registered with Social Care Wales. Previous experience in Children's Social Work is essential, with experience in management highly desirable. It is essential you have a full driving license, or have the ability to travel around the County, and a comprehensive working knowledge of relevant legislation and child safeguarding procedures.
