Primary Teacher in Glastonbury - Part Time

Your new School

Hays are working witha local primary school in the Glastonbury area to help recruit for a Year 3 Teaching job. This job will start in Term 5 and will run into 2025. Youwill be joining a supportive network of staff at this school and work collaborativelyto push children to reach their potential.

Your new role

This job role will seeyou take on full teaching responsibilities for this Year 3 class, soyou will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effectivelessons, and marking work to meet the needs and the interests of your pupils. Youwill need to work closely with other staff members, including teachingassistants, to ensure all children have access to the learning materials. Youwill be expected to immerse yourself in up-and-coming community extracurricularevents and strengthen existing community relationships.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to besuccessful in securing this position, you must possess recent experienceworking with children. Subject leadership is desired, but not essential forthis role. Applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). ECT’s and NQT’sare also welcome to apply.
