• Key Responsibilities :
• Independent Caseload Management :
• Take ownership of your own portfolio of RTA Personal Injury claims, showcasing your expertise and autonomy.
• Efficient Claims Processing :
• Utilize our state-of-the-art case management system to process claims efficiently and maintain precise records.
• Professional Correspondence :
• Handle all claims-related communication with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.
• Liability & Indemnity Assessment :
• Accurately determine liability and indemnity for all claims within your caseload.
• Effective Negotiation :
• Demonstrate your negotiation skills by successfully resolving claims to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Diary Management :
• Maintain an effective diary system to ensure timely and proactive claims handling.
• Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required :
• RTA Experience :
• Minimum of two years' experience handling road traffic accident cases. Experience in issuing proceedings for RTA cases is advantageous.
• Communication Skills :
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to various situations.
• Interpersonal Skills :
• Strong interpersonal abilities, enabling you to build relationships, influence outcomes, and earn respect among peers.
