The Opportunity :
The Senior Group Financial Reporting Manager role will lead the group financial reporting team in delivering accurate and timely financial statements for multiple entities within the Ashurst group and the associated year end audit process. Responsibilities of the role include the oversight of accounting policies and disclosure requirements and delivery of cash flow reporting.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Glasgow (with hybrid working).
Key responsibilities of the role will include :
- Overseeing and reviewing the preparation of Group, UK subsidiaries and holding company financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant accounting standards.
- Ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Leading the external year end audit, working closely with auditors and internal stakeholders.
- Leading the financial reporting team and providing guidance and support to the wider Group Finance team, to ensure high performance.
