As Catering Supervisor with ISS UK, you will be at the heart of the action and will play a key role in our catering operation, assisting with the preparation and service of food while keeping an excellent standard of cleanliness and safety.

The Role

• Supervise the day-to-day operation of the catering department ensuring food & service standards are always of the highest quality and that all Food Safety / Allergens are completed daily and to ensure these are still met when the Manager is off site.
• To supervise front of house operations
• To support the Chef Manager and ensure that presentation, portioning, staffing and costings comply with the agreed budget.
• Place online orders via Saffron, accept invoices, safe / petty cash count, till declarations and inputting the daily takings onto Saffron. Printing the DMP daily.
• Support the Chef Manager to train & develop the catering team to ensure continuous learning & development is taking place.
• To maintain a happy and helpful manner and attitude throughout your working hours and to deal with any customer issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Work to a high standard of general hygiene, maintaining the cleanliness of the site
• Uphold our Health & Safety values, always keeping a secure and safe environment
• Keep to deadlines, with prompt service of meals in line with our standards of accuracy
• Represent our catering & operations teams always thinking of Client satisfaction
