Burman are looking for a qualified Gas fitter / Plumber with commercial gas experience to join our client's Estates team. This role involves maintaining boiler houses, servicing commercial gas systems, and troubleshooting auxiliary water systems on-site.

Responsibilities : Perform mechanical maintenance and gas system servicing across multipurpose campus buildings.Independently manage and prioritize your workload to ensure high-quality results.Participate in an on-call rota for out-of-hours maintenance support.

What You’ll Need : A registered apprenticeship in

Plumbing / Mechanical

Services or equivalent experience.City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Plumbing, Gas, or Mechanical Services.Gas Safe qualifications : CCNI, CENWAT, CKRI, CPA1 (domestic) and COCN1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A (commercial) or willingness to complete training.Proven experience in a maintenance environment.
