Job Role : Mechanical Site ManagerArea : GillinghamSalary : £55k - £65KPW Construction Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Site Manager for our award-winning M&E client based in Gillingham, this role will be covering sites over the South East.Responsibilities : Oversee all on-site activities for commercial projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.Create and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of milestones.Implement and enforce quality control procedures, conducting regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets the required standards.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.Ensure strong safety culture on site, ensuring all activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.Reporting and keeping the Project Manager update on the progress on site.The ideal candidate will be : SSSTS / SMSTSHNC / HND in Building Services EngineeringCity & Guilds in Mechanical EngineeringExperience as a Site ManagerExperience working on commercial project ideally schoolsHigh Level of Health and Safety awareness.This role is being handled by
