Manage the full recruitment life-cycle from sourcing candidates to client management.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the industrial sector.Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved. What We're Looking For in our Recruitment Consultants : Experience : Ideally, you will have previous experience in the driving recruitment sector. However, we are open to candidates with recruitment experience in other sectors who are eager to transition into driving recruitment.Ambition : You will be seeking a role where you can make your own future, coupled with class leading Learning & Development Programme, and regular support and progression opportunities.Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential.
