Position
An opportunity has arisen for a permanent Specialist Physiotherapist Rehabilitation at Biggart Hospital.
What you will do :
- You will have responsibility for delivering highly skilled physiotherapy to the patient group and being a proactive member of the Multidisciplinary team.
- You will act as a senior clinical decision maker, leading complex care and discharge planning, and delivering rehabilitation to ensure patients are optimally rehabilitated and discharged effectively and efficiently.
- You will support the development of less experienced and unregistered staff within the team.
- You will be passionate about empowering patients to achieve their goals and to remain as independent and active as possible.
- Contribution to the on-call physiotherapy service is a requirement of the post.
The team has an excellent reputation for our quality of service and commitment to professional development, post-graduate training. We offer an active in-service and appraisal programme and peer support by therapists with widespread clinical skills.
Knowledge, training and / or experience required to do the job :
Hours : Up to 37 per week
UK Driving Licence / Car Ownership : UK Car licence / Car ownership is essential to this role.
