Our client, a market-leading commercial services company, is currently recruiting a Service Coordinator to join their planned and reactive maintenance Department. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance with our team of engineers, based on customer location, machine requirements, and engineer availability.Key Responsibilities for the Service Coordinator : Proactively contact customers to discuss, negotiate, and finalise maintenance agreements for their machinesCommunicate scheduled visit details with both customers and engineers, ensuring expectations are clear and well-managed.Maintain an organised database of customer contracts, including contract status, renewal dates and machine detailsPrepare reports on contract status, renewal dates, and maintenance schedulesSkills Required for the Service Coordinator : Up to 2 years experience in Coordination / Scheduling - desirable but not essentialStrong customer service backgroundKeyboard / Personal computer skillsMultitasking and problem-solving skillsStrong written and spoken communicationPlease apply as directed
