In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience managing internal fit out packages. Ideally need someone who has worked with a volume resi developer.Key Responsibilities : Project Management : Lead the on-site execution of external packages, ensuring all activities align with project specifications and schedules.Team Leadership : Manage and coordinate site staff, subcontractors orders, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflow and productivity.Health & Safety Compliance : Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, conducting regular site inspections.Quality Control : Monitor construction progress, ensuring work meets technical requirements and high-quality standards.Client & Stakeholder Engagement : Maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns proactively.Budget Management : Monitor and control project costs, ensuring profitability and resource efficiency.Problem-Solving : Anticipate and address on-site challenges, minimising disruptions and delays.Key Requirements : Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager for a volume developer with residential projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in the sector.Demonstrable experience managing teams and subcontractorsSMSTS & CSCS card, NVQ level 6Strong understanding of health and safety legislation.Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.Proficiency with project management tools and software is advantageous.#217 #121
