We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to work with students facing social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges in our specialist SEN school in Horsham.Your Role :

• Work closely with students who may display challenging behaviour, helping them develop emotional resilience.
• Deliver targeted mentoring sessions to help students with confidence, social skills, and self-regulation.
• Support pupils within and outside the classroom, including during activities such as sports, art, and outdoor learning.
• Act as a positive role model, helping students develop coping strategies and long-term aspirations.Who We’re Looking For : Individuals with experience in youth work, sports coaching, psychology, social care, or behaviour support. Strong communication skills and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations with empathy.
