The Head of Insights in Marketing is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving data-driven decision-making within the organization. This position involves overseeing market research, customer insights, and analytics to provide valuable information that shapes marketing strategies, enhances customer understanding, and contributes to the achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning :
- Develop and lead the implementation of a comprehensive marketing insights strategy and plan, aligned with business goals.
- Provide strategic insights to guide marketing planning and decision-making processes.
- Pinpoint areas of opportunity to further the business and brands’ understanding of their brand or category consumers
- Critically evaluate research methodologies to recommend the most effective plan of action.
- Help inform brands where to play and how to win choices for the UK market
- Lead the ‘merging’ of insights from the 2 UK BUs into one and create new way of working.
