Pre-school Room - Nursery Practitioner Level 3Location : North Finchley N12Salary : £25,500 to £28,500 per yearHours : 37 hours per week Monday to FridayContract : Permanent full-timeWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery setting. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and contribute to their development.Duties :
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5
- Plan and implement EYFS-appropriate activities, ensuring they are stimulating and engaging
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Deliver engaging, fun, creative and immersive sessions to inspire the future generation.
- Promote high standards of quality at all times, always pushing boundaries to be better.
- Ensure all resources are in line with our ethos and approach to Early Years Education.
- Ensure practice and provision in our classes meet the expectations and requirements relevant to the class
- Manage children’s safety, & follow Safeguarding procedures.
- Promote high standards of quality at all times, always pushing boundaries to be better.
- Assist in the development, and training of the wider team on new plans, materials and policies.Qualifications :
- Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
