This opportunity has come about due to continued investment and company growth. The Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator will report into the Plant Director and work closely with the Health & Safety Manager, assisting in generating and promoting a positive HSE culture across the business.    The business have a fantastic reputation, they are constantly evolving and they put their people at the heart of everything they do resulting in excellent retention rates.   The role requires travel to various sites, a pool car is provided so the successful candidate must have a full driving licence.    Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator - The Rewards  Salary between £35,000 and £42,000 dependent on experience Pool car Generous holiday allowance Various health & wellbeing schemes Various discounts, perks and benefits  Various social events Long service awards Enhanced pension scheme Further training and development opportunities Various incentive schemes  Enhanced maternity and paternity schemes Employee Assistance Programme Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator - Responsibilities & Requirements  The ideal candidate will have experience within a manufacturing type environment Overseeing health, safety and environmental standards across sites Regular site visits - around 42 days a year Ensuring all Health & Safety procedures, policies and standards are correct  Collating and analysing inspections, audits and other key HSE performance data and statistics  Supportiung with the monitoring and development of risk assessments, safe systems of work etc.  Must have NEBOSH IEMA Certificate in Environmental Management or equivalent Will have ISO50001 understanding  Strong knowledge of ISO45001 and ISO14001 A willingness to learn, develop and work innovatively  Must have strong communication skills Will possess a real passion for health and safety About Us   Detail2Recruitment acts as an employment agency in respect of this position.
