My client, a well-established construction company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across Ireland and the UK is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Fermanagh. Position Overview As the Quantity Surveyor,you will play a key role in cost management, procurement, valuations, and contract administration. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong commercial awareness and the ability to work efficiently within project teams to ensure financial success. This is a full-time, permanent role, operating Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary of £45,000, along with a pension, healthcare, and on-site parking. This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly. Requirements 2+ years Irish / UK experince as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or civil engineering Strong commercial awareness with contract negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Manual Handling and Safe Pass certification (required) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills Strong knowledge of cost planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting Proficiency in construction-related software and reporting tools Responsibilities Managing project costs, procurement, and valuations Overseeing contract administration and ensuring compliance Working closely with project teams to maintain budgets and drive efficiency Preparing accurate reports, forecasts, and financial analysis Identifying cost-saving opportunities and risk management strategies Ensuring timely payments, claims, and variations Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain financial control Benefits Competitive salary of £45,000 Monday to Friday schedule Pension and healthcare benefits On-site parking Career growth opportunities Supportive and professional work environment If you feel like you fit the above requirements and are currently seeking an exciting new challenge, please forward your CV for immediate consideration and confidential call back to discuss the role in more detail.
