Job Title : Grounds Maintenance Operative (Driver) - MOD & RAF Sites Location : Various MOD & RAF Sites (Travel Required) Start Date : Immediate Start Hours : Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM Job Type : Full-Time, OngoingJob Description : We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team, working across multiple MOD and RAF sites. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in grounds maintenance and hold a valid UK driving licence, as travel between sites is required.Key Responsibilities : Carry out general grounds maintenance duties including grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming, weeding, and litter pickingOperate machinery and tools safely and effectively (e.g., mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters)Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all outdoor areasFollow site-specific safety and security protocols, especially when working on MOD / RAF premisesComplete daily job sheets and vehicle checks as requiredWork independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and service expectationsRequirements : Must have previous experience in a similar grounds maintenance roleFull UK driving licence is essentialAble to pass security clearance or already hold clearance for MOD / RAF sites (preferred)Good understanding of health and safety practicesPhysically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditionsReliable, punctual, and professional attitudeBenefits : Competitive hourly rateOpportunity to work in a secure and structured environmentOngoing work with potential for permanent placementPlease call Ravi asap on (phone number removed) Resourcing Group is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
