Temp to perm opportunityAny 5 working days out of 7 (includes weekends)Warm, friendly team for a growing business We are currently recruiting working on a Planner role for a progressive business involved in the supply and installation of products into the hospitality industry. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be on the front-line dealing with Engineers across the UK, arranging reactive and pre-planned works. As such, we require somebody who is dynamic and able to operate at pace, all whilst dealing with an array of issues from end-user clients. Your main responsibilities as a Planner will include : Coordinating both via telephone and software platforms to organise jobs for field-based engineersOrdering new kit and planning around stock availabilityOrganising contractor passes required for sensitive locations (i.e. airports, train stations)Maintaining a strong level of customer service at all times with colleagues and customers alikeGeneral administrative tasks, such as inputting job details and forecasting for upcoming requirements In order to be successful for this role, candidates will need to demonstrate : Strong ability to prioritise and plan jobs, in terms of both physical geography and availability of resourcesProven ability in a highly detailed, phone-based environmentAbility to learn new systems quickly and effectivelyGood data entry experience6 months experience in a remote resource management environment (this may include recruitment, scheduling, transport planning, and much more) In return, you will receive the following starting package : £12.71 per hourWorking hours of (Apply online only) (fully on-site)Working days based on a set rota, where you will be required to work any 5 days out of 7. As such, your rest days may vary, but you will have visibility of your future shift schedule for at least 6 months in advance.
