Shift Production Coordinator
- Slough
- Salary : £55,700-£61,290 (including shift allowance) dependent on experience
- Performance related company bonus
- Shift Pattern : 12-hour shifts, 7-7, 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off

Here at Mars, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Production Coordinator to come and join our factory team!
The production coordinator oversees the smooth execution of production plans, maintain adherence to standards, and actively creating and driving action plans to return the line to standard running conditions in a timely manner.
Responsible for driving FMOS, efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and actively contributing to the ongoing improvement of production processes. The role requires a combination of problem-solving, and collaborative skills to achieve optimal production performance.
