This will extend throughout all areas of the business to include operations, sales, customer satisfaction, H&S, leadership and the people agenda. You will be detail oriented and hold exacting standards when it comes to quality and compliance. You will have held P&L responsibilities and it would be an advantage if you hold relevant H&S certificates (NEBOSH, IOSH).The scope of this role is wide and varied and your man-management expertise cannot be underestimated; you will be a naturally energetic, motivational leader with drive and passion in what you do, capable of creating a collaborative team work ethic and an environment in which people feel they are really part of the success of the business.
