PLANNING SOLICITOR, 4-8 YEARS PQE, EXETER, £60,000 - £70,000 (DOE) - A leading national law firm is currently looking to appoint a Planning Solicitor into their Exeter office. Job Ref : 6212.

• Applications are sought from Planning Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 4 years PQE.
• You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of planning services including, but not limited to advising on : planning permission, appeals, CIL, s106 agreements, judicial review, highways and public rights of way and environmental law.
• You will be motivated to strengthen and develop new client relationships and take an active role in promoting the firm’s reputation both in and out of work.
• With excellent case management and interpersonal skills, you will have the ability to provide clear, concise and commercially minded solutions to a varied range of clients.
