We're seeking an ambitious individual to join our Financial Planning team in Birmingham, you will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week.
As an Client Administrator, your responsibilities will include among others :
- To support the Financial Advisors in the delivery of administration activities ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and in a timely manner.
- Responsible for organising client review meetings and preparing meeting packs and required valuations.
- Responsible for post and other front office activities as required.
- To collaborate and share best practices with colleagues.
- Identify and report any risks, breaches, or errors through ensuring risks are logged through to mitigating actions and controls.
