SF Recruitment have partnered with a growing organisation in Evesham who are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant / Office Manager on a permanent, site based basis. This role is perfect for someone who wants autonomy over an office function and to work closely with the senior leadership team. Working pattern : Site based Monday to FridaySalary : £40-£45k Responsibilities will include : Supporting 3 Directors with their diary management and travel arrangements Minute taking Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised, efficient, and safe work environment. Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Handle correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail. Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary. Ad hoc office related duties Please apply now if you're interested
