Job description

Are you experienced in property valuations and looking to join a company that puts its staff first in addition to offering both a fantastic salary and benefits package?

We are looking for a Sales Valuer to join our clients, a hugely successful and expanding company based in the Colchester area. Ideally, they are looking for someone who has a minimum of 1 year's experience in property valuations within either estate agency or new homes.

This role is predominantly office-based, working in a fast paced and collaborative team providing desktop valuations to residential homeowners.

Working hours :

Monday to Friday

My client is offering the successful Sales Valuer :

Up to £30,000 Basic

Realistic OTE £34,000

Sales Valuer requirements :

A minimum of 1 year’s experience within estate agency or new homes sales

Highly driven and passionate

Ability to work individually, as well as, part of a wider team

Strong customer service skills

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Key tasks for the Sales Valuer will include, but will not be limited to :

Valuing properties to residential home owners

Building relationships with both the developers and the estate agents in the local area

Expected to collaborate with your team to hit the targets
