Job description

• We are looking for a professional, bright, well-spoken and articulate individual who has a passion for sales and providing excellent customer service. Role and responsibilities will include but not limited to;
• Liaising with clients and candidates on a daily basis
• Sourcing own leads to prospect potential new clients via phone / email
• Building your own pool of clients
• Setting up and managing your own accounts
• Sifting and shortlisting CV’s
• Writing up job descriptions
• Invoicing (when required)
• Processing vacancies
• Provide excellent customer services at all times
• Working within a small team so you must be adaptable and help other when required

Candidate Requirements

More than experience, we are looking for someone who is ambitious and has a desire to learn and grow with the company. You will be working within a small team of 3 people as such you will be a key player within the team so you must be 100% committed and dedicated to your role.

In return after successful completion of probation period you will be offered a permanent salaried position plus an uncapped commission structure, plus other benefits. Realistic OTE is £40K per annum once established. First Year realistic OTE is around £25-£27K but this can be a lot higher, it’s all down to how much effort you put in.
