- An Assistant Manager or Store Manager with a background in retail / hospitality.
- A passion for providing world-class customer service with ability to work in a fast-paced customer focused environment.

- Effective communication skills that allow you to lead and direct your team of Baristas, Shift Managers and Assistant Managers.
