Are you an experienced scheduler, planner, or project manager with a strong background in repairs and maintenance - or do you come from a trades background with hands-on experience in disrepair work looking to step off the tools? Do you also have a solid understanding of legal disrepair processes? If so, we've got a fantastic opportunity for you!
We're looking for a Senior Repairs Coordinator to join a great organisation within the Social Housing sector. This is a vital role that ensures complex legal disrepair cases are handled smoothly from start to finish - on time, to standard, and with customers at the heart of everything we do.
Role : Senior Repairs Coordinator
Location : Eastleigh
Salary : £37,000 per annum
Hours : 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract : Permanent
What you'll be doing :
- Taking ownership of complex legal disrepair cases, housing ombudsman investigations, and high-profile complaints - from start to completion
- Coordinating inspections, managing schedules, and ensuring that contractors and in-house teams complete works within agreed SLAs
- Keeping detailed, accurate records in case management systems and providing regular updates and reports
- Acting as the go-to point for escalations and liaising with customers, legal teams, contractors, and other internal stakeholders
- Leading admin and scheduling functions within the team, supporting colleagues and promoting a high-performance culture
- Supporting court processes by preparing evidence and occasionally attending proceedings
- Helping improve service delivery by identifying ways to streamline processes and improve customer outcomes
What you'll need :
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your leadership and problem-solving will directly improve housing quality and customer satisfaction. If you have the relevant skills, please apply ASAP!
