Join a dynamic production industry leader as a Customer Services Advisor and be the point of contact for all customer inquiries, ensuring exceptional support and satisfaction. Working as part of our client's Customer Services team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and managing various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer queries on the phone and via email, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Chase deliveries with suppliers and couriers, providing proof of deliveries and tracking information for orders.
- Monitor purchase order confirmations and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Raise support tickets to log queries and process returns of faulty or incorrectly ordered goods.
- Manage incoming calls with a friendly and professional manner, resolving and distributing supplier paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with the team and prioritise workload and priorities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful order processing and sales work.
Person Specification :
Prior experience in taking phone calls and enquiries from cusdtomers / Clients in an office environment required.
