Long - Term Teachers are working with a fantastic specialist school based in South Bristol, who support students with complex learning needs through a nurturing approach.

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated, qualified teacher to join on a temporary basis, whilst a permanent member of staff is on long term sick leave. The role will be commencing in January and will run until the Easter holidays, however, if you mould in well with the school, there may be an opportunity to progress to a permanent position within the school.

This will be just a cover role, so there will be no planning or marking involved within the role, however it is paramount you implement passion and enthusiasm into your role. As mentioned, this is a specialist environment so you will be teaching students with specific learning needs. Lessons will be planned to cater to their individual needs, with this, you must have previous experience of working with SEN and have the confidence to deliver lessons in an engaging and patient manner.

The hours of work will be 8 : 30am - 3 : 30pm, Monday to Friday, term time only.
