Position Overview :
The School Secretary will play a crucial role in the day-to-day administrative functions of the school. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a welcoming demeanour. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Front Office Management : Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Communication : Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Record Keeping : Maintain accurate student records, attendance logs, and other essential documentation.
- Administrative Support : Assist with various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
- Coordination : Coordinate meetings, events, and school activities, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
- Supplies Management : Monitor and order office supplies as needed, ensuring the front office is well-stocked and organized.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all tasks.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
