We're looking for someone that is forward thinking and can lead the desk.Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting drivers at all levels, managing a team of three consultants, and ensuring the division's growth, compliance, and profitability.Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit drivers across various levels within the logistics sector.
- Manage and mentor a team of three recruitment consultants.
- Drive the growth of the division by achieving and exceeding KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Monitor market trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the logistics sector.
- Proven track record of achieving KPIs and delivering results.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.What We Offer :
