In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting drivers at all levels, managing a team of three consultants, and ensuring the division's growth, compliance, and profitability.Key Responsibilities :

• Recruit drivers across various levels within the logistics sector.
• Manage and mentor a team of three recruitment consultants.
• Drive the growth of the division by achieving and exceeding KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Monitor market trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.Requirements :
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the logistics sector.
• Proven track record of achieving KPIs and delivering results.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.What We Offer :
