Are you a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher looking for a rewarding role? A supportive primary school in East Sussex is seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join their SEND team, focusing on KS1 or KS2 students, starting in April 2025.

Your Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver individualized lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEND in KS1 or KS2.
- Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that fosters independence and confidence.
- Collaborate with SEND specialists and support staff to ensure effective provision for all students.
- Monitor and assess students' progress using personalized learning plans and observations.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child's development and progress.
- Participate in school meetings, professional development, and training related to SEND.
What We’re Looking For
QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree in Education or SEND.
Experience working with students with SEND, ideally within a primary school setting.
Strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices and SEND provisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues and families.
A commitment to supporting children in reaching their full potential.
Passion for creating an engaging and positive learning environment.
