Job Title : Site ManagerLocation : HullSalary : £40,000 - £50,000 per annumContract Length : Fixed term contract (Until the end of the year), with potential to go permanentAbout the Role : My client are seeking a skilled and reliable Site Manager to oversee a cladding project in Hull. The project is expected to run until the end of the year, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position afterwards. They are looking for a candidate with strong technical knowledge in cladding who can manage a self-sufficient team of subcontractors, handle day-to-day issues on site, and maintain a high standard of work throughout the project. This is a site-based role, where your presence will be essential to ensure the smooth running of operations.Key Responsibilities : Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project stays on track and meets deadlines.Manage a self-sufficient team of subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed, while maintaining a visible presence on site.Ensure a high standard of work in all aspects of cladding installation, ensuring quality control and compliance with industry standards.Be present to speak with residents, addressing any concerns or issues and maintaining good relationships with the local community.Ensure the site remains tidy, organised, and safe, particularly given its location on a busy main road.Address any day-to-day site issues and resolve them quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to the project and surrounding area.Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are met, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.About You : Proven experience as a Site Manager, with specific expertise in roofing and cladding projects.Strong technical knowledge of the roofing and cladding industry and the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues as they arise.A trustworthy and reliable individual who can manage the site with minimal supervision.Confident and able to engage with residents, handling any site-related concerns professionally.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage subcontractors while maintaining a hands-on, visible presence.Organised, with the ability to keep the site tidy and ensure that all operations run smoothly.Relevant site management qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS card) are essential.What We Offer : Competitive salary (£40,000 - £50,000 per annum).The opportunity to manage an important project until the end of the year, with potential for future opportunities.A company that values trust, integrity, and clear communication.A chance to manage a well-run site with experienced subcontractors while taking responsibility for day-to-day operations.Opprotunity to join a well-established and growing company on a permanent basisApply : Ready to bring your expertise to the team?
