The school is now seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join their team and help nurture young learners in the crucial stages of their development.Role Overview : As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and interactive lessons for children in Key Stage 1 (ages 5-7). You will create a positive and supportive classroom environment where young learners are encouraged to explore, develop, and achieve their full potential. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about early years education and keen to make a difference in the lives of young children.Key Responsibilities : Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that are tailored to meet the diverse needs of students in Key Stage 1.Create a positive, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment where children feel safe, supported, and motivated to learn.Use a range of teaching strategies to ensure that every child has the opportunity to succeed, including differentiated approaches to support all learning styles.Regularly assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them grow.Foster a love of learning and encourage independent thinking, problem-solving, and creativity in young children.Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support children's development both academically and personally.Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to create a well-rounded, enriching learning experience.Ensure a focus on student well-being, behaviour management, and safeguarding in line with school policies.Contribute to school life beyond the classroom, including extracurricular activities and school events.About You : We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic teacher who is passionate about working with young children and making a real difference in their early education.
