The Opportunity
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in managing a building that hosts key stakeholders and multi-agencies? We're looking for a dedicated Duty Manager to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Do :
- Oversee Operations : Manage cleaning, maintenance, security, and catering (where applicable), ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are met.
- Ensure Safety : Conduct fire and security walk rounds, promptly addressing and logging any issues.
- Be the Point of Contact : Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders and multi-agencies, maintaining clear and regular communication via email, mail, and telephone.
- Health & Safety : Perform general health and safety duties, including risk assessments and compliance with statutory and non-statutory site requirements.
- Security Awareness : Maintain a high level of security awareness and knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures.
