Salary : £36,000.00 per annum
We are seeking a Multi Trade Operative to join a leading housing provider, delivering high-quality repairs, refurbishment, and maintenance services for local authorities and housing associations. This role will involve a variety of tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance, across social housing properties. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to providing excellent service to local communities.
Responsibilities :
- Undertaking a wide range of reactive repairs and planned maintenance tasks in both occupied and void properties, including but not limited to, installing or repairing doors and windows, lock changes, repairing worktops and kitchen units, fitting new bathrooms, general plumbing repairs, painting and decorating, and plastering.
- Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently whilst adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Using an electronic hand-held device to receive instructions, provide feedback electronically, and log details of works undertaken or to be undertaken.
- Providing excellent customer service and representing the housing provider in a professional and courteous manner.
