About the Role
As a Class 1 Tramper, you will :
- Deliver and collect bulk work to include scrap metals using a curtain sided or flatbed trailer, which will include a great deal of load security using ratchet straps.
- Loading / unloading of vehicle, ensuring load security.
- Use a handheld PDA to complete paperwork.
- Plan route on a day to day basis.
- Keep in regular contact with the transport team for updates on progress and managing our customers' expectations.
- Attend regular training sessions.
