We are currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual to join our clients activity centre in Aberfeldy as a valued Team Member.

Our clients premises is an award winning visitor attraction, which has been operating for over 30 years. Located amidst breathtaking natural landscapes in Aberfeldy, Perthshire, our client offers an exceptional work environment surrounded by stunning scenery. The activity centre provides a diverse range of activities, such as 4x4 drives, water sports, land and water safaris, and boasts a delightful dining destination perfect for both visitors ending a bustling day and locals seeking a cosy spot for socialising. At our client's café, visitors can indulge in hot beverages, freshly baked treats, flavourful soups, and sandwiches, all crafted with locally sourced ingredients, catering to both activity enthusiasts and the surrounding community.

About the role :

Your job is to provide friendly and efficient service to all customer and visitors alike. This is a varied role – no two days are the same - and will include working with our clients outdoor activities, their café, shop and reception. Full training will be provided for all aspects of the position.

What we are looking for from you :

Previous experience in a similar role is a big plus, as your knowledge and skills are valued by our client. However, what truly impresses and holds value to our client is your attitude and enthusiasm for hospitality and customer service.

Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced food and beverage environment, demonstrating your ability to achieve food-service excellence even under pressure.

Possess a keen interest in outdoor activities and nature, as this role entails working with our clients customers on various outdoor activities, including land rover safaris and boat safaris on the picturesque Loch Tay.

Exhibit a warm and approachable demeanour, as our client prioritises positive teamwork and fosters an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere. Genuine smiles and a desire to exceed customer expectations are highly valued, as there will be extensive customer interaction.

Hours of work may vary to meet the business needs, including weekends.
