We’re recruiting a Project Manager with modular building experience for our client in Bradford. The client are a construction main contractor and manufacturer who work in a number of sectors. They have worked on interior fit out and building projects as a manufacturer and main contractor and they also work on modular building projects and this division is growing. They are recruiting a permanent Project Manager to join their modular division to assist with existing projects and the expansion of new modular projects which will be coming online later this year and next year.Experience of different types of modular building methods would be an advantage. You must have excellent organisational and communication skills, be able to manage a varied workload and work well in a fast paced and reactive environment. This is a key position in the business and requires a proactive approach. This position is based at the company’s head office in Bradford but travel to site and flexibility will be required.You will oversee the planning, co-ordination and control of modular projects assigned to you from inception to the completion of all snagging and will control project timescales, costs and progress and keep the Senior Management Team informed of these.Main Tasks and Responsibilities :
