About the Role
Our client, a well-established organisation in their sector, is seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator to support their Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will take the lead on the planning and execution of a variety of events
from exhibitions and conferences to webinars, roadshows, and product launches. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a visible impact in a hands-on, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & ExecutionMaintain and manage a 12-month events calendarCollaborate with Sales and Marketing to define event goals and scopesCoordinate all aspects of event delivery
logistics, budgeting, vendor liaison, stand design, travel, and on-site presenceDevelop and deliver event-specific marketing assets : invites, signage, adverts, artwork, etc.Ensure effective lead capture and post-event follow-upProduce comprehensive post-event reports with key metrics and insights
Marketing & CommunicationsWrite and develop marketing content : brochures, emails, social posts, and web contentCoordinate the delivery of internal and external newslettersSupport the development and execution of social media strategies to increase reach and engagement
General Marketing AdminOversee ordering and stock control of promotional items and print materialsManage marketing invoices and event-related expenditureEnsure all marketing collateral is up to date and readily available
What Were Looking For
Essential : 2+ years experience in a similar events / marketing roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)Proven ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and initiative
Desirable : Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)Familiarity with project management toolsA creative flair with an eye for design and brand consistencyDegree in Marketing or related discipline
