SEND Teaching Assistant Location : Dudley Full-Time | Term-Time Only Salary : £95 - £110 per day Start Date : Immediate Agency : Dunbar EducationDunbar Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Dudley, seeking a dedicated and passionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.About the Role : This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing school environment where every child is valued and supported. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will : Provide 1 : 1 or small group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and behavioural needs.Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning strategies and inclusive classroom activities.Support pupils with their emotional, social, and sensory needs throughout the school day.Work closely with SENCOs, teachers, and families to ensure individual needs are met and progress is made.The Ideal Candidate Will Have : Previous experience working with children with SEND in a school or educational setting.A calm, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting children with additional needs.Knowledge of EHCPs, PECS, Makaton, or sensory-based interventions (desirable but not essential).An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance, SEND, or Childcare (preferred...
